Thank you Haggerty community for another amazing year in the library. Your support of Friends of Haggerty enabled us to enjoy fabulous enrichment programs, as well as to supplement our library collection. Special thank yous to our library volunteers: Shirly, Caitlin, Shazia, Diane, Alison and Suzanne. Thank you, as well, for helping your child to return library books even if it meant dismantling the house to find that one missing Magic Tree House book!

Many of you have asked about summer reading and reading lists. Students at the Haggerty School are encouraged to read at least five books during the summer. Their teacher will send home a summer reading notice along with a reading log. They should keep track of the books on that reading log. Students are expected to return the log to their classroom teacher in September. There are copies of the summer reading notices and logs as well as more resources for summer reading on the Cambridge Public Schools Summer Reading Site.
