Fourth Graders Reflect on Rob Buyea’s visit.

I heard him say, “Always keep your writing switch on.” I realized that you don’t only do writing (or think about writing) at your desk. You can think about writing in your everyday life. -- Fitsum

I heard “You are only as good as your first sentence.” Immediately my writing switch turned on and I knew I would not ever turn it off. -- Annabel

I heard Rob Buyea say, “Nobody but a reader becomes a writer and it reminded me of the day I finished Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. The moment I finished I felt motivated to write an eighth book." -- Caroline
