Winter Appeal (we only ask twice a year!) Let's achieve 100% Family Participation
As 2019 comes to a close, you may be thinking about how to best thank your child's teacher. A donation to the Friends of Haggerty (FOH) is the perfect gift! Your donation in any amount makes the difference. However, we aim for EQUITY, so if you can give more, please do. We are here to ensure that ALL Haggerty students and families enjoy the enrichment activities that FOH supports, including:
- Field trips for all students
- Special visits from artists, authors, and musicians
- Books for the library
- Community events, such as STEAM Night & International Potluck
- Childcare for evening events, such as conferences & lectures
- Race Matters Guest Speakers
- Technology equipment, such as the 3-D Printer
- 5th Grade Legacy Project
- … And so much more!
Donations can be made in many ways:
- Online
- Check, payable to Friends of Haggerty and sent to Friends of Haggerty, 110 Cushing Street, Cambridge MA 02138, or leave in the main office.
- Cash, please place in an envelope labeled Friends of Haggerty and leave in the main office.
We love employer matched donations, so please ask if your employer participates!
And…be sure to let your teacher know you donated to FoH by sending them a Friends of Haggerty thank you card, available in the main office, for FREE!
