LibraryUpdates from the Library:
Ks are enjoying alphabet books and working with Ms. Gaines to make their favorite letter for our soon to be Library Tree! Check these books out at your public library:

KMNO Peas, A Busy Creature's Day Eating, and Z is for Mosse

On Oct. 23, The Pineapple Project will visit with the Ks and Grade 1 to entertain and to help us talk about being happy with and proud of ourselves. Book lists you may want to explore at your public library.

Second graders are weaving their classroom study of mapping, continents and landforms with their reading of Trickster tales from around the world.

Third graders beginning to learn how to navigate the library catalog, locate books in the library and to explore our amazing array of databases. Ask your student how we use Google Classroom in library.

Fourth and fifth graders are invited to read MCBA Massachusetts Children’s Book Award titles. Once you have read at least five books, you can vote on your favorite in March. We are already off to a great start with reading. Our ⅘ Tuesday lunch/book club will be reading MCBA titles, as well.
